Worksheet 401 Fails Intermittently

Hi. At one of my stores, worksheet 401 fails occasionally. This, of course, stops the creation of a new worksheet and we don't get data in until someone notices and I manually request a new 401. In the Worksheet History tab in HQ Manager it states "An error occurred while attempting to process the worksheet".

 

Is there a log where I can find the details of the failure to have a better idea of why it failed?

    start hq client with the -q switch for -quiet i think.. it will disable popups requiring a OK press, like the crappy dynazip error....

    Add to above we do face occasional 401 fails where we have to issue 401 manually.  But then it happens when HQ table is lock with another process. Like some other shop processing a worksheet so store waits until it get completed but eventually can get timeout.

    Hi,

    To start with you may activate the debug mood in HQ client to troubleshoot the issue. it may give you an idea where it fails as it shows detailed activities when ever worksheet processing in HQ client.

    Have you check in windows activity monitor for any interruption in network.

    My client continues to have problems with their 401s. The problem only exists with one of four stores.
