Is it reliable to use attachment management add-on for CRM to azure blob email attachments integration?

Hi CRM World,

I have a quick question. How reliable is it to trust the Microsoft labs developed Attachment manager add-on to integrate CRM with azure blob account for redirecting email attachments in CRM? Because i have read in lots of blogs & posts that this add-on is working for few people and not for few others (all comments were till 2017 but i did not hear any critic opinions about this product this year.....dont know if they have released an update to this add-on which fixed previous issues). Moreover, there is no source to report if we encounter or face any issue by deploying this add-on into our production CRM.

Please help me to evaluate the pros and cons of using this. Also please share if you had any bad experience using this add-on before.
