How to share or sync customers between companies on the same tenant?

What is the best way in Business Central Online version to share or have a real-time sync of customers and suppliers between Companies.

Our customer has multiple companies within the group. I would setup each company as a different company within the tenant. But all companies share the same customers and suppliers. How to obtain an common Customer/Supplier base, or have a sync between the companies? Manual Export/Import is not an option. 

Could this be achieved with Dataverse? If so, how start to setup?

    Kristien,

    I am not a programmer but was looking for this solution recently via an APP. Just found this APP I am playing with in a Sandbox that would work for you:

    marketplace.visualstudio.com/items

    Thanks for sharing this Steve, Let me know if you find any issue, I will fix, I am also working on external database sync as well, hopefully will release soon.

    you can use this app, Codeunit can be put in Job queue for auto sync.

    It is quite easy to setup, everything on one Page/screen.

    Soon, It will have option to sync between two databases as well, if you need to sync between sandbox and production.
