We have developed an ISV module and we want to add it to the license of a customer that is not ours, so we have to do it through their partner adding him as an authorized reseller in the PSBC.
We've obtained his partner account number and assigned him as Authorized Resellers of the module for all product lines in "Developer Tools > Manage Authorized Resellers". But he is still unable to locate our module in his login.
May I know if there is any action missed to enable the partner to assign our objects' number range to customer's license? His customer is using Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC on premises.
