Dual-write health check error App in tenant

Hello,
I'm experiencing an issue with dual-write. When I run the health check, I encounter a problem. I've installed all the required apps following Microsoft's instructions. Has anyone faced a similar issue?

    Here is the prerequisites for DW. Make sure it is all met:  System requirements and prerequisites - Finance & Operations | Dynamics 365 | Microsoft Learn

    You must have an enterprise application as shown below in your tenant and configure it as specified in the Microsoft documentation.

    i have ran all the prerequisite but i DO NOT! see the Enterprise Application in Azure? 

    Can i just re-apply it? and how?
