Is there an installer and documentation on how I can install Microsoft Dynamics GP 9.0 in MAC OS?

Native Mac support finished back on version 5.5.
The only supported method now is to use a terminal server or citrix client connecting to a Windows Server.
You may be able to make it work using some sort of Windows emulator, but it would not be supported. So if anything goes wrong that cannot be reproduced in a supported environment, support would not be able to help you.
