Multiple Forms on Single Entity trigger pop up

Hi everyone,

I have 3 forms on the account entity:

FormA, FormB, and FormC

I would like to trigger a pop-up onclick of the "new" record button which displays a radio button list to select which form to open. Then open the corresponding form onclick of the proceed button.

How can I accomplish the above? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

    Hi,

You can override New (create custom button and hide out of the box button) and add your custom js code there and open required form using Xrm.Utility

Check our post for reference: http://himbap.com/blog/?p=1486

    Thanks

    Hi !

Have you checked MS "Open forms, views, dialogs, and reports with a URL" article msdn.microsoft.com/.../gg328483.aspx ?
Also, you can accomplish the above through custom web resource with radiobuttons + Javascript handle + crm form Id.

    Hope this helps
