Customer Balance To Date

Im using Customer Balance To Date to get information from 2022 year, I need to know ending balance by customer in foreign currency month by month, If I only set date and I run it, it says there is no information to display that meets my criteria (only date).

If I add a customer id that I know had open documents it shows its information.

Can someone help me to understand what is happening?

    Hi,

    Customer balance to date is designed to show the report data based on the Customer No. filter or per customer, so without customer No. filter it would not show any data.

    So if I need info with all my customer should I go one by one? That is insane!!! Is there any alternative to get this information for all my customers?

    You can try this report "Customer - Summary Aging Simp."

    It does not show foreign currency amounts, and that is what I need most.

    For this purpose you are probably best off by customizing a report that fit your need.

    Your partner should be able to assist you with that.

    Hi, You can use the ReportExtension Object to add new fields to the report. But this requires customization.
