I am not able to update customer information in Sales when Dual Write is enabled.
The scenario is the following:
- Creation of a new customer in Sales > Export vs F&O through dual write is OK
- Update info of the customer in Sales (es: update Customer name, address, email contact...) > Blocking error: "
Unable to write to Finance and Operations apps due to following error(s): {"Write failed for entity Customers V3 with unknown exception - Cannot create a record in Customers (CustTable). Customer account: Customer test 989, test 989.\nThe record already exists."} Please rectify your data and try again. If issue persists after multiple retries, please contact your system administrator.
It seems the update action in Sales is triggering the insert of a new record in the Customer V3 F&O entity, instead of update the existing record.
Looks like the issue is in the table keys, but I am using the standard Dual Write Customers V3 (accounts) map, and the Dual Write integration key looks good as well:
