In CRM 365 on prem v9.0 (as I think that is the release that is out now), can I do a bulk edit?

Hello,
I haven't checked onprem build but it should fit cloud one and in cloud BulkEditing is available. There was no warning that it will be taken away. Why do you ask?
I heard that CRM 365 online v9.0 it wasn't an option anymore, but in 9.1 it is available. So If I move to 365 on prem v9.0 wondering if it would be there or not.
It is definitely there in our v9 on-prem test installation. Checked both custom and OOTB entities to confirm.
