If you have a question, please explain the steps you performed to get this error and inform us if you need help in just explaining why you get the error or maybe you need help with a customization?

I think you need to ask a developer to do a debugging. The message is due to an attempt to create a record that doesn't exist, which may be due to development or a missing parameter.

Hello everyone!!

I faced the same error when I tried to report as finished to close a production order putting the batch number and quantity zero as show below:

When I press OK button the error appears in the main form:

Anyone has the same issue, please help me!!

Hello @Mayouni

In system version 10.0.42, Microsoft added an update function in the WHSProdBOMPool table. The data update is called in the StopAndUnpick method, which is triggered from three different locations:

* Report as finished
* StopAndUnpick
* Mobile application - Production Last Pallet function.
From preliminary analysis, it appears that this function cannot be disabled.
In my opinion, you should consider reporting this case to Microsoft to implement a global solution or fix. It may be reasonable and even necessary for local partners to implement fixes for their customers, allowing the flow of the mentioned process to be completed.

Informative:
A manual workaround for this problem is: eg. manually cancel reservations for remaining quantities on bom/formula lines.

FIX for Microsoft
in my opinion Microsoft should use the magic “if” condition :)
