Need help filtering on a field in Registration View

For some reason the filter icon does not appear next to each field in this view (See image above).  I've looked at each field and made sure "Searchable" is set to "Yes".  I'm able to filter on a field in every other entity's views.  Any ideas why this is happening?

    Still having trouble with this... Could it be the nature of this particular entity?
