Hey!

I work in IT. We want to work with dynamics 2015 as a IT Helpdesk.

I have installed it. It was pretty straight forward.

Once installed, i feel a little disoriented.

Can you give me some advice for where i would start configuring and how?

Or some pages, some good tutorials, anything...

Hi Mariano,

I think the first steps would be getting familiar with how CRM works and what it's capable of out of box. There are a ton of great, free tutorials for CRM, this is a very good youtube series with lots of info:

When you get a better feel for what CRM can do on its own, you can explore customizing with new customizations, workflows and business process rules. These are great tools within CRM to let you extend the functionality with no (or very little) programming.
