Returns Management - Error message RTV Header

When doing a RTV Entry/Update then access the RTV - Outbound Serial Entry window getting this error message:

This equipment Vendor ID does not match the RTV Header

Any suggestions on how to get past this issue?

    Please check if the Equipment/Serial Number - Item Number combination has a different Vendor ID setup to the Vendor ID in the RTV Entry/Update window. You can check the Vendor ID assigned to a Equipment/Serial Number in Equipment maintenance window (Cards >> Service Call Management >> Equipment) by selecting the Equipment/Serial number the item assigned with.
