What happens to Field Service with Dynamics 365?

Hi Folks,

Hope someone can answer my question. My organization is currently subscribed to MS Dynamics CRM Online. It included the Field Service Module that we hope to install in our Service process soon. However, with the new Dynamics 365 migration, it is unclear to me that Field Service will still be available. To my understanding, Field Service will be available on the Enterprise version of MSD365. What happens if we do not want the Enterprise edition?

I am just concerned that if we start using Field Service, it will no longer be available to the organization of the transition. In nay case, any information is appreciated. Thank you!

You can buy Dynamics 365 for Field Service Individually,95$ per user/month.

Field Service is part of the Enterprise subscription. You will need either a single app license "Enterprise - Field Service" or if you use other parts of CRM (such as opportunities) you might benefit from buying a plan. Such as Enterprise - Plan 1.
