What Worksheet removes Items from a matrix?

We have a client Using RMS HQ, they have removed some items from a Matrix and are trying to push these changes down to store level, however we cant get this to work. We have tried Styles 250 and 260 but these have not worked.

    250 should make the items update.  Make sure you approve the worksheet.  

    Click the Worksheet menu.

    Select Style 250: Update Inventory – Items.

    Verify that all stores are selected.

    Click Next.

    Specify the time as when you want the worksheet to be processed.

    Select the filters so could easily add the newly created items in this worksheet.

    Click Finish.

    Click the Contents tab and double –check whether the items are added on the worksheet.

    Click Approve.

    I have tried style 250 and 260 and it has not worked, this is the same on my clients system and our demo system, both running 2.0.2000.

    Are you sure the worksheets are being processed?

    You might have to open a trouble ticket with Microsoft.  Sounds like a bug.  I cant recreate it on my test system.

    Please note that worksheet 250 or 260 never deletes an item in store level. It only updates item or create it when not found in store database.
