How get code or compile costume code activity

Hello Team,

I have a costume code activity in CRM 2013,which is deployed by the some other developer.

Now,its not working properly.how i can get this activity on local and able to get code.

Is we have some way to get this activity code on local system and view the code.

Please guide me.as soon.
