Can you publish data into Tracking Specification from Power Apps or API?

Hi

Can you publish data into  Tracking Specification (336) from API or data should be publish into Item Reservation Entry (337)?

Let say you publish data to Item Journal and now you want to publish lot no for those items. Then where you should post or publish it?

    If there is no standard API, a developer needs to create and expose an API.
