Attach to Process... error: "Unable to attach to the process. The connection with the remote endpoint was terminated." - Visual Studio 2015 enterprise edition in MS CRM 2016 Online

 I am getting this error below while attaching a process "PluginRegistration.exe" to debug the plugin in VS 2015.

    The 2 most likely issues are:

    1. The error indicates you're using remote debugging. If so, check the remote debugger is running with sufficient privileges, and that any firewalls are configured to let the debugging traffic through
    2. From the screenshot, it looks like you're might be trying to attach to the PluginRegistrationTool.exe. You should attach to appropriate CRM process - see https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg328574.aspx

    Hi Rahul7101 MS Dynamics,

    If you are trying to attach to "PluginRegistration.exe" I am assuming that you are using PluginProfiler?

    Please see below link for instructions on how to use PluginProfiler.

    As a first step, close everything and restart your PC.
