Hi team,
We are creating a Sales Order using AL from a Job record. But when we try to neither add a new line into the Sales Order or Explode BOM a Sales order line, we are getting the error below:

does the issue involves any customization? if yes, you need to have a dev to troubleshoot. From the error, sounds like it's missing a customer related information.
if this is out of box, please provide the steps so other experts could try to replicate the issue.
Hi appliwin, thank you for the reply. Yes, it involved custom development and it was actually missing the Billing to Customer in Sales Header, after we fill that column with the development it worked.
