The issue is replicable through different many browsers. I’ve tried with IE, chrome, and Edge, and all fail. When attempting to access the workspace, all other sessions fail to connect to the environment until the timeout message is received on the original session that tried to access the environment. I’ve added screenshots with the error messages and details to this message.
We’ve restarted services on the machine as suggested and no changes in the situation, trying to access the workspace will freeze the current and any new sessions until the original request times out.
