Hello

We have a project to migrate our legacy system to a CRM Applications. My first step is to explain at the business the main data information defined Inside a CRM Solution (Sales, Customer Services, etc) like Customer, Account, Interaction, Product & Service, etc. The goal îs to map a high level migration plan and to present the concepts at the manager communauty.

Is a business or high level CRM Information Data model is available ?

You can search Common Data Model (CDM) in Learning section and you will find a lot of views with sample data to show how CDM can serve the purpose for your need.

This tools will give you a nice about the data model. Please give a try.
