Hello

We have a project to migrate our legacy system to a CRM Applications. My first step is to explain at the business the main data information defined Inside a CRM Solution (Sales, Customer Services, etc) like Customer, Account, Interaction, Product & Service, etc. The goal îs to map a high level migration plan and to present the concepts at the manager communauty.

Is a business or high level CRM Information Data model is available ?

First Get a trial instance: https://trials.dynamics.com/

Install XrmToolBox: https://www.xrmtoolbox.com/ and get this tools:

Metadata Browser:

Entity Relation Diagram Creator

Metadata Document Generator

This tools will give you a nice about the data model. Please give a try.
