IP address redirecting to remote login

Hi,

Our clients Business Central address is currently redirecting to remote login despite none of the staff login remotely. Removing the remote/login bit opens Business central but despite that the the next time they login the address automatically redirects to the same remote login. Kindly assist.

    kindly remove the Remote-sign in word from the URL and then try again.

    Hi, Can you let users log in with the following official Business Central Sign in website and try it?

    Business Central Sign In | Microsoft Dynamics 365

    We have exactly the same issue as well with one of our Business Central Online customers - why is it trying to append "remote-sign-in" to the URL? They can be working fine for a while, and every now and then this happens in the browser?
