Is the a way to get a pop-up notification when Releasing a sales order to notify you when the customer has exceeded their credit limit?

    Hi,
     

    The credit limit is based on the customer's account and will trigger a notification when attempting to process a sales order. Alternatively, you can use a workflow to prevent users from processing orders until approval is granted. If you only want a pop-up notification, customization is required.

    Additionally, you can use Power Automate to automate the workflow and get approval via Teams or Outlook.

    You can set the Credit Limit and you can set the "Credit Limit Warnings" from Sales & receivable setup.
