I've been unable to install Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise within the Power Apps admin centre when selecting our default environment. The error message is This app can't be installed on Dataverse environments. Select a different environment and try again.
Any thoughts on how to resolve this?
Hi Elaine,
Go to the Power Platform admin center.
In the site map, select Environments.
On the Environments page, select the environment where you want to install the Sales Hub app. You can use the Search box at the right side of the command bar to search for your specific environment.
After you open your environment, select Dynamics 365 apps under Resources.
On the Dynamics 365 Apps page, on the command bar, select Install Apps.
In the Install Dynamics 365 apps panel, select Dynamics 365 Sales, Enterprise Edition App, and then select Next.
You'll see the app details with the version number. Select the I agree to the terms of service check box, and then select Install.
Thanks for your answer. So if the default environment doesn't allow D365 apps to be installed how do I get to use D365? If I create a new environment and enable D365 then how do I get to apply that environment so I can use it?
Thank you for using the Dynamics Communities. As the other poster mentioned you have to have the "Enable D365 Apps" selected to have the ability to install D365 apps. Also, the default environment is not allowed to have D365 apps installed.

Hi Elaine,
Only environments with the "Enable Dynamics 365 apps" option enabled can be installed with Dynamics 365 apps.
So please install Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise on the environment with the "Enable Dynamics 365 apps" option enabled.
