best way to import bulk data from SQL server to CRM ONLINE without PAID Ptool

hi all

       1. What is the  fastest way to import bulk data (70 million records) from SQL server to CRM ONLINE( Without any  Paid tool)?

       2. Is there any way to get  CRM ONLINE database credentials?

 3. At present my CRM ONLINE  Diagnostics showing Latency time : 320 MS;  Is there any way to reduce it?

    I have created a tool for uploading data into CRM Online but its  showing error of timeout  in every 30 minutes.

    I am posting 1000 records in executemultiple request.

    I can't change the configuration of CRM online  so this is the drawback of  buying CRM Online.

    I don't have sql server access , don't have configuration access.

    what to do.

    I would like to know if your problem is solved?may i know the ideal approach to fix this issue,

    I am facing similar issue,we have huge data,which needs to be imported into CRM online.

    Your inputs would be appreciated
