We are facing a complex issue when trying to Report as Finished (RAF) and Put away a Co-product using the Warehouse Mobile App.
Our Scenario:

We use Process Manufacturing.

We have a Formula where the main item is a Planning Item (Qty: 0).

The formula produces several physical Co-products.

We want to do the RAF and Put away 100% from the Handheld.
The Issue:
Using the standard "Report as finished and put away" mobile menu item, the app allows us to scan the Batch Order and the Co-product item number. However, after entering the quantity (Qty: 1) and confirming, the app silently loops or just says "Work completed".

NO RAF journal is posted.

NO physical inventory is updated.

NO WMS Work is generated.
What DOES work (The confusing part):
If we go to the D365 Web UI and manually post the RAF journal for the Co-product (entering the LP manually), it works perfectly. It posts the inventory AND successfully generates the WMS Work (using our Co-product and by-product put away work template). This proves our Location Directives and Work Templates are 100% correct.
Troubleshooting already done:
We have ruled out the most common setup issues:

Unit Sequence Group: "License plate grouping" is set to YES for the unit.

Worker Setup: The Default Warehouse matches the production warehouse.

Production order defaults: A valid RAF journal name is assigned, and "Accept error" is tested on both Yes and No.

Feature Management: We looked for the "Report co-products and by-products as finished from the mobile device" feature, but it is not available in our environment.
Our suspicion:
Because the main item is a Planning Item, the standard RAF mobile menu item code gets confused and aborts silently. We noticed that the specific Work creation process "Co-product and by-product report as finished and put away" is MISSING from our Mobile device menu items dropdown.
Questions:

Is it possible to RAF a Co-product from a Planning Item 100% via the mobile app in the current standard version?

Why is the "Co-product and by-product report as finished" option missing from our mobile menu setup?

Is there any known workaround for this, or does it require an X++ extension to bypass the Planning Item validation?
Any guidance from the manufacturing/WMS experts would be greatly appreciated!
