Different Creation Time for the same Transaction

Hello,

we found out that the Codeunit 5600 FA Insert Ledger Entry set the "Creation Time" for a new row to the system time.

In the Codeunit 12 Gen. Jnl.-Post Line ( which is the same Transaction in the Journals ) the "Creation Time" is set to the current timezone from the user.

Can someone explain why Business Central make there a difference ?
