I have a query regarding bank feeds for Canada localization. Yodlee bank feed is not working at all in my case, I have raised the matter with MS, but they are unable to provide any solution. I have three HSBC bank accounts with three different currencies, I am able to link bank accounts but when it comes to import transactions using payment reconciliation journal, the system imports the same set of transactions for a particular period. I have done various tests in the last 60 days with MS team and Yodlee team, unfortunately nothing is working.
MS says " When Yodlee works it is great, a time saver for companies to speed up their reconciliations and for getting payments into the system. The problem occurs when the Yodlee integration doesn't work or stops working for any number of reasons."
Please share if anyone has encountered this type of issue.
Do let me know any other free bank feeds service for Canada localization.
