Sample/Demo Implementations

Does anyone know of any books or websites/blogs which outline the whole process of designing and implementation a custom solution in Dynamics CRM?

Ideally it would incorporate :

* A summary of the proposed solution

* Each stage of the customisation i.e. entity/form design, workflows/processes created.

TIA

Thanks Guillaume, I've read that before and it's very good.

Thanks also Francesco, I've ordered that book as a reference.

They're still not exactly what I'm looking for - they both explain the procedures for customising CRM.  What I'm after is a real work example utilising these, i.e. building a complete system from OOTB CRM.
