How can I generate a pdf from Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise consisting of data from multiple entities

Hello,

Is it possible to extract data from multiple fields associated with the contact entity and other custom entities and then generate a pdf using the same values.

I have tried the Power Automate- Populate a Microsoft Word Template connector to map the fields into a word template and then converting it into PDF which works fine, but for large no. of fields it seems as a very inefficient approach.

Please help me if an easy way to achieve the same is possible

Hi Jatinder,

Since the PDF is generated by a Word template, we need to create a Word template with multiple entities participating, and then we can insert multiple entity fields in it.

Please refer to this blog to know how to create a Word template: https://rocketcrm.co.uk/create-dynamics-365-word-templates/

We need to select all required entities for the template. These entities must have a 1:N or N:1 or N:N relationship with the main entity.
