Hi all,

 

Is there a way to print the license plate label when an item is registered using a movement journal in D365 without using mobile app, specifically for items that have license plate tracking enabled?

    Hi,
    When a Item is registered using a movement journal or Purchase order, a transaction is created under "License Plate Label"  form.
    (Navigation: Warehouse management > Inquires and Reports> License Plate labels).
    It is not possible to trigger license Plate label generation without mobile device or without customisation.

    However, we have done the customisation for for some of our clients, where on a customised batch job , we can input the Inventory movement journal number and it generates License Plate labels records for all the lines of the Inventory movement journal. Furthermore you can customise a Print button on the License Plate labels form to print the label for each lines/transactions.
