Reminder Emails Text Body Blank

Hi,

I am having an issue with the reminder emails having no text in its body. I believe I have my setup correct from watching numerous videos. You can see in the three reminder levels I have a customer communication setup as per the checked boxes under "Customer Communication." I provided a snap shot of the reminder level communication. I am using the generic text provided by Business Central. I have a job set up that runs this weekly.

Hi,

Your setup screenshots look correct, and the generic text is in place.

When you send a reminder manually (not via the job), does the email body appear correctly? And is the customer’s language code set to ENU?
Also, check if the Email Scenario for reminders is configured under Email Accounts, sometimes missing scenario mapping causes blank bodies.

Hi Rishabh,

I can confirm the customer language code in the customer card is set to ENU.

I am not sure how to send this out manually. With that said if all is set up correctly then why wouldn't it work via job.

I forgot to add that Email Scenarios does exist for the sending account.

Hello,

There are a few factors to look into:

1. How many Reminder Terms do you have and if the customer is tagged to the same Reminder Term with the Body text?

2. Are you using Reminder level Communication or General?

3. Check Report layout if the Use for Email Body is ticked

4. Check if the selected Report layout is correctly configured, otherwise, use back the standard one.

Hi Yi,

What am I suppose to have for the maximum number of reminders?

I confirmed that a reminder term code is tagged to all customers on the customer card.

For the report layout, I am using this.

These are my only options. Should I use the other one?

Can you share the word layout which is selected in the layout? That helps in undersranding the layout being used.
