Hi,

If you could change Item# COL353 so that on the inventory screen it shows the quantity in cartons instead of packs.

At the moment, on the information box it will show the amount in cartons but the screen on the inventory shows it in packs.

Also, I can’t seem to be able to remove the stock which is sitting on the floor – please could you remove so the only quantities are the ones in HC2 and HD7.

Bin Code - FLOOR, HC2 and HD7

I have the same question (0)

The inventory field will show the quantity based on the base unit of measure setup on the item card. If its currently setup as packs and you would like to change it to cartons, then one way you can do this is by using the item journal to do a negative adjustment so your item inventory is 0. After this you can change the base unit of measure, and then you can use the item journal to do a positive adjustment to put the inventory back in stock.

A small customization can be made to allow other quantities to be displayed as well. You can contact your partner.

    Thanks.

    You received two answers:

    1. Change your base unit of measure from packs to cartons

    2. Add a custom field to display the packs quantity.
