GP 2013 Extended Pack - How to Get?

I am upgrading a GP2010 to GP2013. This client has the extended pack, but I don't see how to get the 2013 extended pack to install in the new environment. I've done some looking, but don't see it available under this title anywhere... Can anyone help?

Which features to do you want to install? You may need to do a change to the GP installation from Control Panel>>Programs.

I believe you will need to update your GP registration keys for this product to become available. Microsoft Dynamics > Tools > Setup > System > Registration
