Missing records in ItemDynamic table.

We are experiencing an issue where records in the ItemDynamic table are missing for some items.

The issue is quite random, it might happen to any item, could be entries for some store or even all stores.

We created an SQL query to recreate those missing records but we found out that the issue will happen again after some time, and we don't want to run the query periodically.

    Ronald,

    Make sure you're running the latest RMS version 2.0.0128 (stay away from the FP) on ALL machines.

    Have your reseller check with Retail Realm as I think they have a fix for this in their HQ Utilities package.

    So it means it's really an RMS issue then? We have 2 HQ licenses for two business units, one for RMS 2.0 and the other  with the older 1.2. The issue is not happening is 2.0.

    Too bad we cannot upgrade our HQ 1.2 for now...
