Hi,
Recently, our users have reported seeing an unusual code (which i think is an HTML code) of the card in the Activity Timeline when they track an Email using Outlook (See screenshot below). We did not deploy any solution before this happened so we are wondering if this is a Microsoft issue in the Unified Interface. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Thank you.
I am in the process of Customizing and am glad to hear this is not just something I messed up. Thank you!
Thank you Tyson!
Awesome, thanks Tyson!
Good news everyone,
I brought this to the attention of our DEV team and we now have a fix that will be rolling out the weekend of 4/17/2021 so this issue should be resolved for organizations on Monday 4/19/2021.
Thanks,
Tyson
Hello,
I have started to see quite a few cases of this come up on this very same issue as of this week with an update to the timeline area over the last weekend. I will be reaching out to our Product Group team to get some specific details on this and will keep you posted on progress from this side.
Thanks,
Tyson
Hello,
Yes we have been seeing this as well - and I have not been able to find anything to account for its cause. When you click on the downward arrow, the record expands and the code goes away. A quick fix would be to enable auto-expansion of records, but that would make the timeline really long though.
I would love to know if there is a workaround for this, or I am hoping that Microsoft resolves this asap if this is a bug.
