Any idea how I can go back to CRM for Outlook from Dynamics 365 App on an on-premise Dynamics 365 environment?
I did some tests with Dynamics 365 App and now want to move back for one particular user to CRM for Outlook. I have re-configured his mailbox on Dynamics CRM back from Server-Side Sync to Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Outlook. The users mailbox also disappeared from Settings -- > Dynamics 365 App for Outlook eligible users. But the App did not remove from OWA or Outlook.
I have reinstalled, actually reconfigured CRM for Outlook on that PC to sync with my organization, this went through fine, but I cannot enable the Dynamics CRM Outlook plugin anymore.
So, I want to get rid of the Dynamics 365 button in OWA and Outlook.
