hi all ,

do anybody have any idea about this issue please :

i have an issue with field service where i have installed the woodford project , customized and published successfully

where i still can't login from Resco MobileCRM it kept saying failed to login to crm

tutorial said after published is true synch and u can find the project on ur mobile app

and also on mobile application when i access booking it says can't access booking because the default project woodford project is not installed . To install navigate to fieldservice solution and download the template and i have downloaded totally and published but still no sense anyhelp regarding that much much appreciate

    You have only to follow intructions.

    i followed that instructions from the very beginning to the end but it is not synchronized on my mobile app the project and still saying u need to install woodford project when i access booking ?! any idea about

    After some search I came across the following site:

    Make sure to also check Systemadministrator Role and Publish as Version 9.10

    I had the same problem.

    1. I published the Woodford project with 9.10 version

    2. I  set the security roles to all Field Services roles + System Administrator.

    On my phone (Android)

    Went to settings --> Apps --> Field Service - Dynamics 365 --> Storage --> Clear Data + Clear Cache

    Re-opened App

    Put my Organization URL and Credentials --> Sync

    Works now.
