problem in dynamics 365 due to a resignation of a worker

Hello, I hope you are well.
Today, the developer of a Dynamics 365 application left the company. Automatically his user was terminated and we started having problems with the Dynamics application.
The problem is that some users of the application (not all) stopped being able to save data.
They get the attached error message.
Does anyone have any documentation or could you help me to solve the problem?
Thank you very much in advance.

Is this problem solved? are you using D365 F&O or BC?

    Hello!

There are 3 important things here. Assuming this is for CRM/Dataverse:

    a) IF this particular user created some workflows/plugins/etc, it's possible that they're running under the context of that particular user.  ON this scenario, you should go to "Advanced Settings > Customizations" and then on "customize the system", check the processes running on this particular user:

    b) The second thing is to verify something similar:  Impersonation.  Use advanced find to get the SDK Message Processing steps that are being impersonated by this user

    c) finally, you should review those records that are owned by this particular user, for example:  Leads, Opportunities, etc.  Then, you can use the "reassign" button to move them to another user.

    Best regards,
