Show System Date in an EFT E-Mail Message sent to vendors.

We are using GP Dyn 2013.  We have office 2013 installed on the server to serve as the client to send email messages to our vendors when we transmit EFT payments.  I am trying to make the email message put the date that the EFT was sent to the vendor.  I am in tools\setup\company\e-mail message setup and the message has been fix like we want but the date in the body of message is posted date.  I looked at the field box and tried additional fields but found nothing that was system date.  We have also tried to use all different types of wild cards to pull the system date into the message.  What is the difference between posted date and posting date?  Can the system date be used in the body of the email that is sent to the vendors showing an EFT payment has been done?  If someone has a solution please send a detailed step by step instructions for us to use and get our email message working.  Thank you

Found the same issue, but we attach the remittance advice to the e-mail message,  which of course has the system date.  Why do you need it in your message if it is captured on your e-mail

Since the e-mail is generated at the same time that the file is created,  we just put in the e-mail that you should be seeing a deposit in your account in 2-3 days.  And that seems to satisfy everyone.
