How to implement Minimum stock level in Navision 2018?

Hi Community,

I would like to ask how do we configure in Navision such that when there is a minimum stock in Navision, the system will trigger an email or notification

to relevant staffs?

Josh,

Adding to YUN's reply... You want to set a Minimum Stock level for an Item so on the Item Card you will set the Reordering Policy to Maximum Quantity. You can then set the Reorder Point, Maximum Inventory figure so you can maintain the level of inventory you want. You can also set a Safety Stock for emergency stock outside the normal levels.
