Hi All,

Can someone help with how we can send approval email to addresses with other domains for eg- contoso.com and not contoso.microsoft.com

If I am using onmicrosoft.com, my flow works fine but other than that it throws below error-

BadRequest. The request failed. Error code: 'InvalidApprovalCreateRequestAssignedToNoValidUsers'. Error Message: 'Required field 'assignedTo' contained no valid users in the organization'.

Any help would be appreciated.

If the users are outside your organization, you should create them as guest user accounts in your Azure AD. That way they will appear in the list of your active users in portal.office, and you should be able to send them emails.

Please check.

Hi Aric,

Thank You for your help. It works.

Can you help me with one more thing ? When I am receiving approval mails in outlook , at that time on click of Approve/Reject button it is opening flows app and I am getting below message-

I am not able to approve or reject the request because of this.
