Change Azure Data Region

Posted on by 10

Hello,

We are having an issue of BC SaaS assign us a very far datacenter for TR region. While Turkiye is 1500 km away from Frankfurt, BC SaaS assign us 4500 km away datacenter. On a rainy day that 168 ms fly over 400+ ms. Currently we are thinking to move SaaS but with that latency its not sustainable. I would like to know if there is anyway to change azure region for our business central SaaS.

    Hello,

Your partner can do this on your behalf via partnercenter.microsoft.com.  Or via admin center of your tenant, it will redirect you to:

    admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/support

    Thanks.
