Adding Packing Slip Number on Picking Ticket form.

Hi there.

 

I am looking to "Add Packing Slip Number on Picking Ticket form" for some purpose but could not find the any field related to Packing slip number when customize the Picking Ticket form.

please also advise how can add up new table to any reports setup to get related fields from this table?
