I am looking for a solution to assign multiple owner for one case. Is that possible and how?

Since owner field is a lookup and it can only hold one value, it won't be possible to select two users, however you can assign it to a Team (multiple members). That is the only OOB way.
The other way would be to use Access Teams where you can have multiple people having rights onto same record.
You can Assign a case into a team. A team hold a number of user (team member). So when you assign to a team, its mean you assign a case into all team member (user)
Hi,
If you want to assign arecord to multiple users, then Create a Team and all users in to that Team and assign record to Team.
If you want to assign records Dynamically, then Create Access Team and Assign record to Access Team.
Hope it helps you.
You can also share cases with other users (and/or use access teams). It depends on what you need it for, but you can't literally "assign" to multiple users
Owner Can be one user or a Team. If you want to assign to multiple users you have to create team and assign that case to that team.
