Why is ROE wrong

ROE is showing one value in the data entry screen

and then converting it to a different value when the ROE is generated and uploaded.

Compare the values in 15b and 15b in both documents.

and again when uploaded to the ROE Web Site.

    RE: Why is ROE wrong

Interesting update - when the client submitted this file - the web form generated an error that said it was incorrect.  However, 1/2 hour later it had accepted the file as submitted.

Is there a chance that we are missing something in the process - we are trying to hard to provide more data than required on one screen - then when the rules are applied the corrected value is presented?

    RE: Why is ROE wrong

This only addresses why the Postal Code does not appear and why the alignment on the form is off.

What we have here is a case of the 25 weeks of earnings entered on the ROE as required, but then the report is generated and when it is uploaded to the Service Canada page, it only includes the first 13 weeks.

The ROE Prep report and the generate screen in 15B show all 25 lines of data

The ROE XML file shows all the lines of data

But when it is printed, either by GP or Service Canada - the value is only the 13 weeks total.

We are running the same version as discussed on the page link provided.

Have you installed the latest hotfix?  I saw this released in January.
