Hi experts,

I have 2 custom buttons on my case form ribbon: Pause & Play

I would like for Pause to be displayed when we open a record and hide Play. When I click Pause, I would like to Play to be displayed and vice versa.

How can I achieve this on ribbon workbench? Preferably without coding.

Hi ,

You can try with enable rule with client scripting rule type , where you can pass string "pause" and "play" dependent on that (you need to return true false based on criteria you want)you can show/hide your button.
