Dear All,

On the Reconile Bank Statements window, when selecting a Checkbook ID from the scrolling window, I am getting a message "This checkbook is being reconciled by another user". Please provide me some inputs how I can get rid of this message.

I got the solution from a KB article...

Ask all the users to log out off GP, and run the following query

DELETE DYNAMICS..ACTIVITY

DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_LOCK

DELETE TEMPDB..DEX_SESSION

DELETE DYNAMICS..SY00800
