How to disable and enable next button on stage gate name

Posted on by 179

Hi,

I would to be keen for some steps/guidance on how to enable or disable the Next Stage button on Early Cultivation stage based on if the user selects any of the field options (proceed, proceed approved). If the user selects any of the option then they proceed to the next stage gate name ie Late Cultivation. Thanks in advance

    Hi Sol007,

Yes, this is possible. You could create a work flow to check the field's value. If they aren't in these options, pop up an error message.

Hi Steve Zhao, thanks, I agree with you suggestion and yes the field can go next stage if the field has value and no value. The challenge is that the field is an option set and I want the user to choose either of the three options from the option set values as in my screenshot? Could this be possible?

    Hi Sol007,

It seems that the process could go next if the field options have value, correct?

If so, you could just make that field required is ok. Something like this:

And when you move next, the system force it if the field is null:
